Report against Arthur Tait, shop manager, post office and telegraphic assistant, the licentiate of Brae Public House, North Brae, Delting, for contravention of the Public House (Scotland) Act 1862 (6), by providing, without permission, house and seating accommodation other than his licensed premises for the consumption of excisable liquors.
