Disposition by Patrick Mouat of Hamnavoe younger to William Dick of Frackafield, from a marriage contract between John Cheyne of Estlamonth younger, son of George Cheyne of Estlamonth and Isabel Sinclair daughter of deceased John Sinclair of Quendaill which contained rights to the room and lands of Grista, the 27 merk land, manor place, houses and biggings, 15 merk land in Southseatter, the island of Oxnay, and several other lands, engrossed on 16 August 1709.
