15 merk land, 12 pennies the merk, in Girlsta in the parish of Tingwall, wadset to him by George Cheyne of Estlamonth for the sum of 1175 merks Scots, and his house in the town of Scalloway, lately possessed by Findlay Robertson, tailor, and Hugh Leigh, together with the booth and litlle house before the door thereto belonging, and haill pertinents appertaining to the same, lying in town of Scalloway, and all and the equall half of 18 merk land in Hogeland, 17 merk land in Stenhouse, 8 merk land in Stow, 20 merk land in Tingone, 6 merk merk land in Calsta, 6 merk land in Houland, 17 merk land in Uyea, 40 merk land in Hamnavoe, and the equall half of the island of Selvoe pertaining to the said lands in the the parish of Northmaven.
